Erin Rathke

Ms. Rathke is a Managing Director at Petra Funds Group. Prior to Petra, she was the CFO of a leading private equity firm, White Deer Energy, where she was responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative functions. She is based in Houston. Previously, Ms. Rathke was a Tax Director in PwC’s Asset Management practice, where she served as a tax advisor to many domestic and foreign-based investment funds with areas of focus including private equity, real estate, debt, energy, and hedge funds. Prior to that, she worked at Trammell Crow Company as a Tax Director. Ms. Rathke brings over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. She received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
