Steven Polchinski

Mr. Polchinski is the Senior Director of Credit for Petra Funds Group. He has over 10 years of private equity experience within the real estate and hospitality industries, working on both credit and equity funds. Prior to joining Petra, Mr. Polchinski was an Associate Director at The Siegfried Group, a nationwide accounting consulting firm. Before The Siegfried Group, Mr. Polchinski was a Senior Manager at KSL Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the accounting and operations for their credit funds. Mr. Polchinski also served as a Senior Accountant at Starwood Capital Group, working on their private equity real estate funds. Mr. Polchinski received a BS in accounting from Lehigh University and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
