Ted Cervini

Mr. Cervini is a Senior Director for Petra Funds Group.  Prior to Petra, he served as a Managing Director at Gen II Fund Services where he led a Fund Administration team. Previously, Mr. Cervini was a Senior Manager at Juniper Square and a Senior Manager at Ultimus LeverPoint, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations for private equity clients.  Mr. Cervini earned both his Undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Accounting from Siena University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
