Jen was most recently Senior Tax Manager at Denham Capital Management LP, a leading energy and resource private equity firm. Jen began her career as a practicing CPA at Deloitte and Touche, LLP and later PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP before later working in fund administration for over 17 years. During that time, Jen focused on relationship management, tax services, and risk and compliance for high profile hedge and private equity clients which originated at Hemisphere Group (acquired by Bisys Group, Inc., later by Citigroup, Inc. and most recently by SS&C Technologies, Inc.). She brings vast experiences ranging from partnership tax and foreign tax compliance in addition to holding roles leading administration teams, globally.  Jen holds a Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from Merrimack College.
