Melissa most recently held the position of Vice President in Corporate Accounting at Denham Capital Management LP, a leading energy and resources private equity firm. Since joining Denham in 2007, Melissa was responsible for the accounting operations for the firm’s domestic and worldwide subsidiaries.  She started her career in public accounting at KPMG LLP and then moved on to the corporate side at Investors Bank & Trust and K Capital Partners. Melissa received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Outside of work, Melissa serves as Treasurer in various local non-profits in her community.
