Mr. Bilka is a Director within the Fund Administration group with over 17 years’ experience in alternative investments. Prior to joining Petra, he served in various roles at SEI Investments and Blackrock, and most recently as a Vice President within the Front Office Solutions group at Northern Trust. He earned his Undergraduate degree from Penn State University, Master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University, and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
